If you desire us to take over your existing system;
- The control panel must not be "locked out" with an installers code from your current alarm company.
- Your current service agreement with your current service provider must have expired or be within 30 days of expiring.

| * | Maintenance agreements are available. Maintenance agreements will eliminate all service call charges |
